Get a Better Life

Get a Better life is a research project being carried out by the University Of Teesside in partnership with the Evening Gazette and Middlesbrough PCT.

The project is aimed at increasing physical activity and improving diet (increasing fruit and vegetable consumption OR decreasing fat intake) through making two small changes for 12 months  that could be of benefit to health in the future. The changes that the research team are looking at are all person specific, whether you decide to get off the bus one stop early to running a marathon, it's upto you what you choose to do.

Do you live in one of these areas in Middlesbrough and have not already signed up to the campaign?
